These guys knocked this bathroom project out of the park and I couldn't be happier with the results. At MTEC we are a home and basement renovation company. We finish basements, renovate kitchens, and we do washroom renos. We also do exterior renovations like interlocking, outdoor living spaces, fireplaces, outdoor kitchens and more. The great thing about working with MTEC is that we always do what we promise and we usually under promise and over deliver.
MTEC company did all the electrical for my home basement renovation including electrical panel upgrade, pot light installation, wiring etc. I do have to pay for the additional electrical upgrade. But in the end, its all worth it. They are very professional and do an excellent job. Shout out to James for his professionalism and excellent service. I highly recommend them! Hired them to create a basement entrance - overall frustrating experience with their communications and delayed responses, and sloppy work. Took months to get started, ended up spilling the project to the following year. Worse, the existing porch stairs obviously had to go but they missed this in the initial scope so we ended up having an additional SOW. Then we kept seeing the rusts all over around the metal posts and on top of the painted stairs; they came back and did a touch-up - rusts came back again, and after multiple emails we gave up. Initially had a bit of back and forth on the scheduling for the work but backsplash installation was done quite meticulously. Tiles were installed perfectly to our specification. Persia is also quite proactive with communications around progress and other clarification of requirements.
