The edges of the three windows have ice formed inside, I am not sure if this is common for the interior of a room, but I am concerned there may be a leak. What could be the likely issue and how to best fix it?

Is lite red guard one time coating is enough on a bathroom wall in basement . I asked the contractor for for membrane he said no .and I see the coating of redguarrd is not even and not fully coated on te walls.Will this create. A problem in future
