Who would I hire to install the duct work in5he attic to vent a range hood. The vent in the roof is already installed

For running the ductwork through the attic to connect your range hood to the existing roof vent, you'll want an HVAC contractor (specifically one who does sheet metal / ductwork). This is their core trade, and they'll make sure the duct is properly sized, sealed, insulated where it runs through the attic, and sloped/routed correctly so you don't get condensation or backdraft issues.
