I contacted Ramiro after reading all of the amazing reviews from so many satisfied customers. He replied quickly and was so trustworthy and professional. My shower was built 4 years ago and there were very concerning signs. There were cracks in the grout, the caulking was moldy in spots and water had gotten under the tiles on floor and would slowly leak out into the shower area in a couple of spots where the wall meets the floor. Ramiro and his colleague worked diligently to remove all of the old caulking and did a deep disinfecting and cleaning of the entire shower. They sucked out water behind the floor tile and dried the area completely before re-grouting the perimeter of the floor with a high quality matching epoxy grout. The entire shower area including the tiles, fixtures and glass doors were made to look brand new. New caulking was added and the grout was sealed to create a beautiful, leak proof finish. We are so happy with the work done by Ramiro and his partner to do another full shower restoration in our other bathroom. I highly recommend Tigro Tile and Grout Restoration!

They spent time evaluating and quoting the job and did the work as stated, including explaining what they were doing and asking for direction when needed. The work was done in the allotted time. They were professional, polite, and friendly throughout the job. They did a good job cleaning up; the finished work was inspected, and the job was invoiced at the quoted price. I had several contractors attend the house to assess the needed work for an outdoor water line that burst during the winter and provide a quote. Drain Works stood out amongst others due to their thorough communication during scheduling and their detailed written quotation. JP oversaw the scheduling and Armando was the plumber who provided the quote and completed the work. Unlike other companies, their quote detailed all work to be completed and outlined three options. This left no unanswered questions and provided a written commitment of the work. Their pricing was competitive and the work was well done and completed promptly.
