Adam and his team at 804 Group were a delight to work with on my recent full kitchen renovation. So happy with the polished and perfect results, and equally grateful with the experience working with his team. From the quoting and shaping process, Adam's expertise and collaboration helped me finalize the vision, design and budget. Throughout the project, Adam's team was super neat and tidy, and took care of my home as if it was their own. From the carpentry details, electrical, flooring, tiling - the work was beautifully executed. Whenever we had to pivot on an idea, Adam brought forward thoughtful solutions and kept us on track with the overall schedule. I really appreciated all the clear communication and excellent planning. Renovations can be a complex process, but Adam truly made it an enjoyable experience. Excited to work with 804 again in the future!

Install or renovate stairs- 11 Jun 2025
We were looking for a provider to make and install oak treads on our stairs. Jose from VDR worked with us to fully understand our needs. During our visit I mentioned that we were replacing about 900 sq ft of carpeted floors on our second level with hardwood and he mentioned that VDR also did hardwood floor installation. We hired VDR for both jobs. Their pricing was fair and competitive and and we were provided with a detailed statement work. Hardwood installation was completed in 2 days and completed about a week after agreeing to work with VDR. The stairs included new oak treads and risers. In total, the work took 4 days - the first day to remove the carpet, tackboard and staples and to measure the existing treads (the treads are not all the same size and some are angled) and then 3 days to install the new treads once they'd been manufactured and stained. We are very happy with the end result.

Wow! What a great team. Daniel and Elijah and the team who worked on our basement were amazing. A great experience which went smoothly. Trust their guidance and expertise as they suggested great ideas and the flow of our basement is better than expected. We love the end product we have and would totally use them again. They also stuck to the timeline which was appreciated and the basement and garage was totally cleaned up after. Thank you so much!!!

We worked with Mark to re-finish our basement after we had a small flood. This was our first big renovation in our home and needless to say we learned a lot about the process from Mark! The basement was old, and needed a full gut down to the studs which included a full bath renovation, some laundry room work and the main area (insulation, new lighting, new flooring, additional support post installation for future upstairs wall removal, some HVAC). We also had Mark update a powder room on the main floor. From start to finish Mark helped us understand what was happening and made sure we were made aware of things they found when walls were opened up and plumbing and electrical was exposed. All of the sub-contractors were great and showed up on time and when we expected them per Mark, and Mark was very responsive if we contacted him with questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. The work area was always kept exceptionally clean and was tidied at the end of each work day, which we really appreciated because we were still using the basement for laundry. Overall we have been thrilled with the end result and will be using Mark again to complete our main floor renovation next.

Very pleased with the quality of work and the timeliness in which it was completed. I enquired about getting a drain moved for a shower pan as well as waterlines and a shower control installed. The timing was a factor as my client's needed the bathroom completed quickly. The work was done the day after I received and accepted his estimate. As the Contractor, I am extremely pleased with the work, as my client's were also happy with the wonderful plumbing work. I will gladly call again for any plumbing I need completed.
