Our initial interaction with RINO was very positive,and the job officially startd on March 10 with a comitment to complete in 4 weeks,as outlined in the contract. Payments were released promptly per agreed payment terms.However,it has now been 15 weeks,and the job remains unfinished despite numerous follow-ups and a lack of communication from RINO.Open stairs left without railings for weeks and exposed nails on the steps are saftey concerns—this is particularly alarming given that a 3yr-old child resides in the house. These hazards demonstrate a lack of consideration for the safety and well-being of our family.Most work was handled by subcontractors, who performed well, they too expresed frustration with RINO for reasons tht were evident. To expedite,I personaly painted myself, saving him a week of work.At this point,we r requesting Homestars to intervne and help us get the remaining work complted as soon as possible. Highly recommend using Gazeebro! Robert was very professional and communicative. We were having issues with another company and Rob was able to schedule us right in away. Rob and his team member Web did an amazing job with our backyard discovery gazebo, working through the heat and the rain. They were able to add and level patio stones to ensure our gazebo was properly secure. Rob answered all our questions and we are so pleased with his work! Ryan, Dylan and Ryan are consummate professionals who take pride and satisfaction in their work, and it really shows. They did an amazing job replacing a couple of old doors and a window, then tearing down an old creaky deck and building us a brand new one, with an amazing V-shaped cedar gable over the main door and an overhang at the side door, both seamlessly connecting to the existing roof. We highly recommend Bevan and the team at Juniper Development Group. We recently completed a renovation that included interior, exterior and structural alterations to our property and our experience was outstanding. The scope included Interior: demo, drywall, flooring, custom doors + Exterior: balcony rebuild, retaining wall reconstruction, stamped concrete, & metal/glass railings. One of the things that stood out was they were always on time, communicated well, and kept the job site tidy, an aspect that both us and our neighbours appreciated. Bevan listened carefully to our ideas and offered helpful advice throughout the project. When unexpected issues arose, like the balcony and roof issue that was discovered, Bevan promptly addressed them, ensuring the repairs were done correctly which can be complicated on 100 year old homes. What impressed us most was the level of care and attention to detail. Bevan managed the project efficiently, keeping us informed daily/weekly and made sure we stayed within budget. Even when a temporary tarp blew off during a storm, they were there within an hour, fixing it in the pouring rain. Overall, our experience with Juniper was excellent. Bevan is a contractor who values communication, integrity, and quality work. We've already referred him to multiple friends/clients. He is now our go-to for everything house related.

We hired SLG to renovate and repair water damage in our ensuite bathroom as well as update a portion of our basement including a washroom. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work, the speed that it was completed in and the flexibility of the team to deal with issues that arrive renovating a 1950's home. Electrical, framing and plumbing issues were quickly addressed and little extra touches were added with no additional expense to us to update our home. After a successful upstairs renovation to our bedrooms & bathrooms two years ago, we recently worked with Perry again to transform our 80s era basement into a modern urban oasis. We shared our wish list with Perry and our designer, and they were able to incorporate all of our needed elements into a thoughtful design. Together, they came up with a proposal that was competitively priced with a reasonable timeline. The basement was brought down to the concrete foundation then rebuilt from scratch.
