I am a plumber I have been working full-time plumbing or gas fitting for 12-13 years. I have done many plumbing side jobs mostly from referrals from family and friends. I am looking to get more work now. I offer great rates for great experience as I look to expand my business. I have full insurance for everything except high rises. I have a plumbing red seal, gas b ticket, bcwwa cross connection ticket. I prefer to do smaller 1-2 day jobs. I can help repair and do annual maintenance on boiler, furnace or hot water tank issues and replace them when needed. I repipe and remodel small jobs and offer service plumbing issues unclogging drains and toilets, replacing toilets, faucets, removing and repiping garburators or replacing them. I can install and test backflow preventers and everything else that I missed to keep your homes plumbing, water and heating working well.

My rate is on time and material basis. $130 for the first hour, then from the second hour $110 per hour, plus material cost and travelling time charge. Minimum charge is one hour.
