Once again Rymak (Colin) has come through on another project, creating a beautiful new patio, fence, gate and retaining wall. Despite challenges and setbacks causing delays, Colin did not cut corners and went over & above the call of duty. Corrections were required and add-ons that were not part of the original project, were completed with professional. From my perspective, Colin continues to demonstrate his own standards of professional ethics, pride in his workmanship and integrity above all else, unlike some contractors I've been unfortunate to deal with. Had Deebo construction redo out master bathroom shower, he was very personable and we did our homework and went to see his previous work at Howards home, which looked very clean and well done. Unfortunately we did not have the same experience. Shower drain leaked and flooded our kitchen beneath. Have had continual issues and he has disappeared. Good luck to anyone who encounters problems, no response after continually try to reach him.

I would highly recommend nkz construction They did a fantastic job on my very first home I ever bought. They replaced all of the bad facia boards that where in terrible shape, replaced all facia, soffit, added vents to the necessary areas that where lacking air flow for proper ventilation along with all eves an down pipe with gutter guard They replaced all siding an added bigger exterior window in my kitchen along with new French doors leading out to our beautiful back deck they built highly recommend these guys for all your home repairs an renovation needs

Sent to POM via email yesterday after a relationship and project development process (full-home Kitec plumbing replacement + shower stall/fixtures upgrade) that began in May. And of course, it has also been ignored by the company. Buyer beware... (Note: Actual people names removed for protection from doxxing. This is about the company, NOT a personal attack: To Whom It May Concern: Per my last text message to your representative, Mr. *** last Friday afternoon, please accept this as our further written notice of cancellation regarding the Kitec replacement that was to be executed by your team in our home beginning next Monday, September 19. Since the beginning of our relationship with your firm (primarily via Mr. ***) numerous texts and emails from us to him have gone ignored until numerous (highly patient, OVERpolite!) attempts were made by us to secure replies, most of which came. Eventually. When confronted with the fact that we were frustrated with those circumstances early this summer, Mr. *** simply explained... he was too busy! (My husband and I have been serving our own clients for over 40 years and cannot imagine any circumstance where we would say that to even our worst customers and we have been anything but throughout this frustrating situation.) But still, we agreed to proceed with our project this September as planned, with the belief that communications would be smoother (normal) going forward. However, the last straw came when an early August request I sent to Mr. *** inquiring about the possibility of increasing the scope of our project (and therefore the money we would be spending with your firm) again went repeatedly unresponded-to, despite repeated gentle reminders (via email and text msgs) that we were still waiting to hear back. When I finally called your main company number to find out why this was happening (again!) I was informed Mr. *** was on vacation (complete news to me). I even texted Mr. *** apologizing for MY frustration in the absence of information that he was away, and telling him I was eager for the new quote once he'd settled back in post-holiday. Of course, again I was completely ignored. I am happy to provide on request copies of all texts/emails in order to demonstrate I have been more than polite and patient throughout all of this. What I/we will not do however, is entrust our hard-earned money (and our home) to any product/service supplier that has such clear disregard not only for professionalism, but basic common courtesy. We are saddened (and confused) by this outcome, but maybe the more we share this story with others (and believe me we will, in person and online) and your competition, as we look for a new supplier more interested in our business...and our money! they can give us some insights into why these choices were made by your firm with work worth thousands on offer.

Lindsey took from April to August to do a terrible job and mess up my kitchen cupboards. Half of my kitchen is ruined as she did not know how to handle the job. Paint cracked, and peeled all over and all she did is add more paint to hide the mess she has made!! Now she is not responding to my calls, texts and phone messages to fix the bad outcome. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I had a sundeck that was in serious need of repair, including damage to the uprights that were supporting the edge of my roof. Triple R Construction replaced the deck surface and installed the drip edges that would have prevented the damage in the first place, repaired the uprights and arranged the stucco repair. Though schedules had to be rearranged a bit because of other jobs, all the work was done quickly and to a very high standard; we are very pleased. I would definitely recommend this company and in fact already have them lined up for another job. Byron communicated very well and kept in touch, and gave good sound advice and realistic suggestions. Not least among the good points is that Byron actually took the time to respond to my request for a quote; the first place I came to look for a company was at the Better Business Bureau and of the eight companies I contacted only this one responded. A few months after this project, I hired Triple R to work on my back lower sundeck which was also in need of repair. The uprights were replaced, and a short roof was built over the top of the lower deck. Later in the year I had Triple R replace the floor and vinyl on this deck, and repair rot that had set in along the outer face of the deck supports. As before, Byron communicated very well and kept in touch, and even came to do the job sooner than his initial estimate. Where he saw additional problems (including the start of black mold in a wall!) he notified me, gave good sound advice and realistic suggestions. Not least among this is that Byron did much of the work himself with a helper and worked until well past sunset! Work was done to an excellent standard, good cleanup too. I'm very pleased with this company.
