Hired X & H Construction thru a big box stores installation services because of their very competitive and fair pricing, which included a $2000 discount. The work performed was to create a powder room in a bedroom, remove old copper piping to be replaced by PVC and to replace a mouldy ceiling in another bathroom. The work was completed in 3 days and we couldnt be happier with the outcome. There was a lot of messages going back and forth as we had plenty of questions but Carrie Who is the project coordinator was very helpful every step of the way. All in all, we are very pleased with how the powder room looks and operates. Their team was very professional and courteous. Would absolutely hire them again for future porjects! Great work X&H team!

From the start, they were patient and gracious with us -- during the design phase, we faced an unexpected and significant delay in the project. They took it in stride and assured us that shifting the timelines wouldn't be a problem. Once construction started, things generally went very smoothly, and whenever there were issues, Mark and Grant were upfront about them and made things right. We had a tight deadline at the end and really appreciated the hard work that the crew put in so that we could move back on schedule. Great communication, integrity, and quality of work. I had a loose brick on the exterior wall of my house replaced, as well as a few other gaps filled in. The job was completed as explained to me and in a timely fashion. Vural was clear in his communication and courteous in all of our interactions. I would recommend Copper Construction.

Bruno installed plexiglass on my awning. This was to make it slippery to deter the raccoons from using my awning as their bathroom. Bruno cleaned all the piles of poop up for me and flushed all the residue away. Yuck! He wore a N95 mask and gloves to do this messy job. 😉 He custom built the plexiglass to fit my awning and it looks perfect. I haven’t had any raccoon poop on my awning since he installed my slippery plexiglass. He also flushed out my Eavestrough for me while he was up there. Then Sasha sprayed my deck down & windows to get rid of any poop residue that may have splashed from the awning. She also bagged everything up and cleaned any other debris that was left in my yard. They are amazing team and I highly recommend them. This is the third time I have used iCare. I have hired them to also fix my eavestrough that is falling down, which needs to be clipped up. To begin, we live in a stacked townhouse with 40 stairs and tight areas in a busy neighborhood. I was afraid nobody would want the job. Joseph problem solved right from the time he came by to give a quote. His price wasn't the lowest but his quote and solutions were so thorough it felt right picking him and he did not disappoint. Our budget didn't move except for a few scope items we added and Joseph met both cost and schedule. The stairs, tiling, and hardwood are stunning. The HVAC/mechanical upgrades were much needed. The star of the show was the bathroom reno. My showers are now game changing and it's such a drastic, positive change. Joseph was so transparent during the process, stayed in constant contact, asked our opinions while giving solid advice. There were instances where he suggested we don't add cost, which is a sign of his professionalism. Would highly highly recommend him and Bold & Beautiful Design Inc. for any job. Can't say enough about how happy we are with the reno.

AJ and his crew did a fantastic job on the renovation of our basement bathroom and laundry room. He took the time to listen to our asks and executed them well in a timely manner. This was a difficult job as there was a restriction of space and making it more complex than an average job. However, they showed up on time everyday, with uniform (regardless of the trade that was in) and completed the job with a high degree of professionalism. What made AJ different from other companies is his attention to details and thinking and planning ahead. He suggested completing a number of preventative, add-on, nice to have features which demonstrated his passion for his work and importance of getting things done well. We had an old bathtub in our bathroom that had been there for many years and was starting to show its age. It was very outdated and no longer practical for our needs, so we decided to convert it into a modern shower. After getting several quotes from different contractors, we decided to hire Amiria. Their price was very reasonable compared to others, but what really gave us confidence was the level of insurance, guarantees, and clear terms they included in the contract. From the beginning, it was obvious that their team was experienced and well organized. The work was done with great attention to detail, and now we have a beautiful new shower that we feel completely comfortable with in terms of plumbing, waterproofing, and overall construction quality. The workmanship was very clean and professional, and the team members were trustworthy and respectful. Another thing we really appreciated was that the specialists working on the project had their own licenses in their respective trades, including plumbing and electrical, which gave us even more confidence in the quality of the work. One of the most helpful parts of the experience was that they took us to tile and plumbing fixture stores so we could choose the materials according to our own taste. Throughout the process they asked for our input and made sure the final result matched our preferences. Overall, we are extremely happy with the result and the entire experience. If anyone is looking for a professional, reliable, and detail-oriented team for a bathroom renovation, we would definitely recommend them.
