The experience we had was absolutely terrible! We DO NOT recommend this company. We've spent over $50,000 and still have an incomplete kitchen. We told Dan at Caledon Renovations, from the very beginning, that we needed the renovation completed as quickly as possible to sell and relocate for work. Dan told us that he could complete the work in 4 weeks. On June 3rd, 2024, demolition began on our whole main floor. Once demolition was complete, no one showed up for 2 weeks. We were constantly told there were issues sourcing product, finally, when he showed up with the floor tile, it was not what we had picked but decided to continue anyway to speed up the renovation. It is now August 7th and it still not done. There were several quality issues that were addressed several times and Dan offered to come back to fix these issues for a 3rd time - we declined. The final straw was when we had a subcontractor show up at our house demanding money or he would place a lean on our house. After speaking to this gentleman, we found out that Dan had not paid him and said it was because we owed money - we were paid up to date. When we told Dan we do not want to work with him because of the trouble he has caused, he offered a refund of $1200 for upper kitchen cabinet doors. Even though we were not satisfied with the refund amount, we agreed. We told him to pick up his sign from our home and give us the refund. That was 6 days ago and we've heard nothing from him. I found Renomar Inc on HomeStars, and they just completed a main bathroom, total gut renovation at my century old home. I was very impressed right from the beginning to the end. Olimpiu provided me with a reasonable quote, as well as excellent insight into some ideas and recommendations. When he discovered issues with the subfloor, he explained his concerns and gave me a quote for the additional service, respecting that the ultimate decision was mine. I chose to use my own plumbers (because I had a history with them), and provide all the main fixtures – vanity, inset medicine cabinet, tub, faucets, and toilet. I made sure all were on site before the work started which sped things up as Renomar had these items to measure and check as work progressed. The tile workmanship was meticulous, the drywall crisp and clean. The construction site was swept, contained, and tidied every evening. The entire job took 12 days and the workmanship is impressive. I would highly recommend them.

I am beyond impressed with Mohamed and his team. I would say the thing that really sets him apart from others is, he really truly cares about his clients, and goes well beyond the call of duty to ensure that things get done properly and on time. He also is the only contractor that I interviewed that took the initiative to come up with creative ideas on how to make my shower bigger in my very small dated en suite bathroom. Bottom line, he truly cares and has an amazing eye for design. The entire process from the beginning to the end was completely stress-free, and he was a joy to work with. He also has amazing trades that have been with him for many years, which says a lot about him. They were all very professional and respectful. The end result is an absolutely stunning beyond my imagination en suite bathroom. This could not have happened without Mohamed and his dedication and great ideas. R.E.N.O With Love Inc. did a great job removing my tub and creating a walking shower. I am very happy with the result. Their customer service is impeccable. Egor was very responsive and patient with my questions. It would have been a chore for me to choose tiles and facuet, but he made it easy. Egor and Alix are very professional and were great to work with. Alix is very methodical and takes pride in his work.
