The steps that we take for our onsite spray can be seen on our facebook page. For the Onsite spray we will require for you to remove all the items from your cabinets prior to our arrival. This will ensure no overspray gets on anything. The onsite spray process only takes one day, depending on the size of the kitchen. Step 3: We will return 7-10 days later to reinstall your newly refinished cabinet doors. I’m a hands-on residential contractor with experience taking projects from vacant land to completed homes. I am licensed for septic and well systems and have managed full home builds including site coordination, framing, interior finishes, and final occupancy preparation. I have experience applying for building permits, coordinating drawings, and working with municipalities and inspectors to move projects forward properly. I’ve also pulled ESA permits for residential electrical work completed as an owner and successfully passed inspections. My construction experience includes full-house plumbing installations and septic connections, interior framing, drywall, decks, landscaping, and HVAC mini-split installations. I’ve completed small-scale residential electrical work such as pot lights, switches, receptacles, and dedicated circuits (15A, 20A, 30A, and 40A) where permitted. While I do not hold a master electrical or plumbing license, I take on small residential jobs, repairs, and upgrades that are appropriate for the scope, and I ensure work is completed in line with code requirements, permits, and inspections. I seek to provide affordable services and decent quality work within reasonable parameters. It always saddens me when I see or hear about basic stuffs around the house that people/families can’t afford to replace or get fixed. I find it often narrows down to the lack of understanding or lack of planning, sometimes both. It shouldn’t bankrupt you to find solutions for your home either. I grew up in a family where resources weren’t abundant, I adopted the mentality of if “I can’t buy it, I’ll learn to do it myself and do it well so I can do it for my family”. Three-years of construction engineering technologies in college and ten-years of working in the construction industry later, I’m hoping to utilize the best of my abilities and knowledge to put something back in communities and strengthen families financially, that’s my goal.
