From inspection to quote to repair the process was seamless. I highly recommend Basco for your repair needs. 6 month review: My first impression were incorrect. The window is still leaking from exactly the same place. When the Basco Manager inspected the repair the story changed from "we know what the problem is and can fix it" to "there are no guarantees with water and this is the solution for most people, sorry there is nothing we can do for you now" He then suggested that I have thermal imaging done to determine where the water was coming from . A server that they do not provide and thus was not suggested as a better first step. What a beautiful walkway! John and Zach did a professional job with a close attention to detail. It has solid and attractive edging, and a lovely rainbow rock border. He is a contractor that brought in workers to complete the work. We met on the first day, and agreed to set work hours (8 to 5) The hours were not met on any of the days. There were days that they showed up as late as 12:30 and would want to work to 7pm. There was a total disrespect of our home, by not covering floor or counters during demolition (until we asked), placing work tools (hammers/pry bars) in our bathroom sink causing damage, leaving patio door open during a rain storm resulting in puddles on our dining room floor, always leaving front door open after repeatedly being asked to keep it closed, used wooden retaining wall as a work bench for soldering pipe which resulted in scorch marks, not securing garbage. There was poor communication between the contractor and us during the renovation. With that being said, the contractor did try and rectify some of the issues that we had.
