Wagner and his team were excellent to work with. From the initial consultation to the actual work itself, I was impressed with the level of communication, the willingness to share ideas and do his best to give us a great quote and his professionalism throughout the process. Wagner and his team always came exactly when they said they would and did their best to complete things as quickly and as thoroughly as possible. They were here at 8am Monday to Friday and stayed until about 4pm. We have 2 young kids so he brought extra crew with him the first week so that our new floor could get installed more quickly and be less stress on our family. They also cleaned up after themselves every day and left no tools laying around. It was the little things that showed how much his team cared and the thoughtfulness they put into their work. He has great ideas and really felt like a partner in the process. He's great with attention to detail as well as feedback and additional requests. We had our floors changed all throughout the main floor, baseboards, paint, full bathroom overhaul, kitchen cabinets refaced and additional cabinets added, new countertop, backsplash, sink, lighting, light switches, and mantle changed too. The transformation was amazing and he was patient with us and our many questions as we went through the process. We did have some delays with the timing due to our cabinets not being ready in time but with the existing supply chain issues, it was understandable. I'd recommend Wagner and his team 100% and plan to call them again when we do our upstairs. See below for pics for before and after.

To begin, we live in a stacked townhouse with 40 stairs and tight areas in a busy neighborhood. I was afraid nobody would want the job. Joseph problem solved right from the time he came by to give a quote. His price wasn't the lowest but his quote and solutions were so thorough it felt right picking him and he did not disappoint. Our budget didn't move except for a few scope items we added and Joseph met both cost and schedule. The stairs, tiling, and hardwood are stunning. The HVAC/mechanical upgrades were much needed. The star of the show was the bathroom reno. My showers are now game changing and it's such a drastic, positive change. Joseph was so transparent during the process, stayed in constant contact, asked our opinions while giving solid advice. There were instances where he suggested we don't add cost, which is a sign of his professionalism. Would highly highly recommend him and Bold & Beautiful Design Inc. for any job. Can't say enough about how happy we are with the reno.

They did a decent job of stamped and aggregate concrete for my lawn and backyard. But disappointed with their after work customer service and response. Few cracks showed up, but did nothing about it. Few spots with broken coating, but did nothing about it. When they layer gravel on the sides of the concrete, did not do a proper layering of the black material before putting the gravel, within a year grass started to grow. Wanted to get a proper drain because backyard neighbour raised issue, but did nothing about it. Basically they dont respond to you once they are completed, paid off and gone. Disappointing that even if its a big work and you had treated them cordially, upon fall up later they ignore you blatantly.

We recently had both our bathrooms fully renovated by Greg and Dan, and they were absolutely amazing to work with! Greg provided a very detailed quote upfront and was incredibly flexible in accommodating any changes along the way. He stuck to the timelines he gave us, and his recommendations on materials and where to purchase them were spot on. The quality of their work was exceptional — everything was done with great care and attention to detail, with no shortcuts taken. Even though our bathroom is technically still the same size as before, it feels much bigger and better - thanks to ideas from Greg. Dan went the extra mile every day to make sure our home was left clean, which made a big difference since we were living in the house during the renovations. Thanks to how professional and easy they were to work with, the whole process was smooth and completely stress-free. We were super impressed with Great Wall Masonry. They were the mid-point of 3 quotes. Their quote was detailed with thorough explanation of what the job entailed, additional options to consider (and why), and specific timelines. The details and professionalism provided reassurance we found a quality contractor. The job itself consisted of removing old bricks and installing 2 new window sills (on third level), as well as repairing some concrete at foundation level (parging). The job was well done and job site thoroughly cleaned up post installation. Daniel and entire onsite crew were great to deal with. They were on time, polite, and excellent communicators. The job from start (quote) to finish (payment) was coordinated from their office by Brittany. Rarely, if ever, have I dealt with anyone so responsive and committed to ensuring the customer receives a quality service pre-post and during the job. I feel very comfortable recommending Great Wall Masonry.
