Thrust into the construction industry I began working since I was around 12 years old building family homes and working with my uncles. Have always been good with my hands and enjoyed the satisfaction of seeing the results of my skills and diligence at work. Have had a stronger focus on carpentry and virtually anything concrete related over the course of the last 15 years or so. Some of these include separate entrances, basement and bathroom renos/finishes, underpinning, extensions/additions, placing, leveling and finishing different types of concrete aggregates. Finalizing: As we charge by the hour and have a 2 hour minimum for any work after 2 hours falls under standard rates. If we gave you an estimate, then we stand by that agreed upon estimate and is the amount that will be required for payment of our services. Any additional services will first be agreed upon, and be handled as a separate estimate and any payments required will be separate from the original estimate.
