Break in to my house and quote for repair was provided within minutes. Installation took place the day after deposit was made. My experience with Consumer Direct was excellent. We needed a new exterior laundry room door and another for the garage. We went into the showroom with no clear idea of what we wanted, but got some great advice right off the bat (which we ended up following to a T). During the consultation/purchase phase, everything was straightforward: we had clear info, costs, timelines. Several weeks later they called when the doors were delivered - we were lucky to get an install the next day (before the polar vortex hit) - and the installers were neat and efficient. Everything happened exactly as planned. The doors are gorgeous and no more cold drafts (our previous door and install from a different company weren't good, you get what you pay for)! After hearing a lot of horror stories about contractors who take advantage of their clients, we were skeptical about hiring any contractor to get our kitchen renovated. My brother-in-law suggested we give Josh from Level Custom Build a call, as he knew them well. It turned out to be the best decision we made. We werent sure about what we wanted; we only knew we wanted a modern functional kitchen. On our first visit with Josh, he took the time to explain all the details to us. He set our expectations for what they were able to do and what was possible. He addressed all our questions and concerns. Here is a team that is extremely skilled, very punctual, clean, pays attention to details, very patient to our numerous changes, provides excellent quality of work, respects our home and took measures to make sure not to damage anything. They take pride in what they do and not just treat you like a number. I was extremely impressed with the app they provided us. This app provides information on dates, what is scheduled when, costs, due dates and pictures everyday of what was completed. Now that to me is truly impressive as it shows how organized and committed, they are towards their clients. We love what they have done with our Kitchen and dining room.
