Wonderful experience and job well done. Special thanks to Michael for heading the crew and getting the work done ahead of time. The backyard grading along the property line between my neighbour and myself happens to be quite contentious. It has been mediated by the Richmond Hill Grading Department (RHGD) who have been quite understanding and reasonable in their handling of the situation. When the request came from the RHGD on what was needed on my side, a call was put in to Greenlane Landscaping to estimate the job and provide details on when it could be done. They, in fact, were the only landscaping company that answered my call. Michael, their landscape architect, came by and scoped out the job. It was done in a professional and congenial manner. The terms were agreed fairly shortly after that (regrade of the the area and resod as needed) and the date was set. There was a wrinkle in that the job date had to be pushed forward to meet the needs of RHGD and that was accommodated by Greenlane. When the date came, Greenlane sent a professional crew supervised by Michael, and they did a highly professional job. The crew was congenial and and empathetic in their relations. The job was completed to a first rate standard. the sod and soil provided were excellent and the instructions provide to keep the sod growing were easy to follow. In fact, the sod is the best grass I have in my backyard. There have been no issues with RHGD regarding the work done so far on my side of the property line. Thank you Greenlane on a job well done.

I had a new glass shower installed a few years ago. The 10ft (6 inch wide) panel that connects to the door, came loose. Turned out the previous installation was done wrong. Limar came by to inspect. Showed me the problem. Required a new panel with proper hardware. Was able to re-purpose some components. Paid my deposit for the panel. They came and did a nice clean install job. Would def recommend. Great people skills and organized. Did not try to upsell me on anything like some of the others I had come price the job. Thanks

I had a great experience working with Grand Building and Contracting Ltd. I hired them to remove and construct a new garage. Adam and his team understood the entire scope of the work. I was provided with a detailed schedule, timelines, and estimate before commencing the project. There was an issue with a city tree on my neighbour's property that had to be dealt with. Other contractors vanished at this point in the project. Adam guided me on what steps I had to take and the necessary paperwork I needed to file with the city over the course of seven months. When the project was finally approved, the trades workers were on time, highly skilled, professional and efficient. Adam was there at the beginning and end of every part of the construction. I greatly appreciated the regular communications I received. He even made sure my neighbours were satisfied with how the construction was effecting them. I can't say enough positive things about Grand Building and Contracting Ltd. I will use them again for my next project. I highly recommend that anyone give them an opportunity; you will not be disappointed.

Gutted our kitchen, master bath, shared bath, and powder room. Changed the flooring throughout the entire home. Closed our "open to above" area and added a bathroom to one of the bedrooms. Removed multiple support beams and walls. Absolutely LOVED my experience working with Amir! Right off the bat I felt a sense of trust when he came in to quote our project. He really lived up to his word. Came in on budget as quoted and completed the project within the timeframe stated. He was very patient and flexible as we worked through the project details. Made my house a dream home that I never want to sell!! My kitchen looks like it's out of a magazine and the entire inside of our house literally looks like a completely new home! All of his contractors were very kind, diligent and timely. He checked in on the project regularly and put any concerns I had at ease.
