Hired them to create a basement entrance - overall frustrating experience with their communications and delayed responses, and sloppy work. Took months to get started, ended up spilling the project to the following year. Worse, the existing porch stairs obviously had to go but they missed this in the initial scope so we ended up having an additional SOW. Then we kept seeing the rusts all over around the metal posts and on top of the painted stairs; they came back and did a touch-up - rusts came back again, and after multiple emails we gave up. Kyryl did an amazing job. He is friendly, personable and very knowledgeable. Kyryl diagnosed our fireplace/chimney, made recommendations and did an excellent job with the cleaning. Lajos did an excellent job. The initial job was to remove crown moulding and patch the drywall. He did it with lot of patience and his finish was very quality. We extended his project to paint the whole floor. He is progressing very well with the painting.

Jason and Damien repaired the mortar at both our cottage and home. They put in a tremendous effort every day. Their work is meticulous and professional. They repaired the work of two other masons I had prior to hiring Gledhill and did a great job removing the old mortar. Jason can also remove and cut stones. Tony is not to be trusted. He took money for the job but has not paid his workers who walked off the job leaving the job unfinished. He repeatedly misled about paying his trades then proceeded to harass me after demanding more money. Now I am getting calls from his workers looking for payment. I paid over $30,000 including money for an asbestos contamination issue he caused and a broken pipe and ceiling damage in the unit below and plumbing work that was never done.
