Tim Contracting has done a number of jobs for us so far, two condo renos including four bathroom renovations. They were always on time, the quality of work is outstanding. Tim is very skilled, knowledgeable, gives good advice and his team follows his lead. They were always prompt, finished their project on time with high quality of work and cleaned the work site. They also did most of purchases, pick ups and deliveries for us which was great help and saved us a lot of time. We had a couple of tight deadlines and they met both of them. I would recommend Tim Contracting to anyone and will continue to use them in the future.

Repair or maintain roof or gutter- 23 Feb 2026
Ike repaired my gutters which had completely pulled away from eaves. He came promptly to inspect the damage before giving quote. Offered options for prompt repair including Saturday. Ike worked with his team to make sure everything was done well including replacing damaged old wood facings with pressure treated wood and aluminum fascia facings before installing gutters so the repair is significantly better than the original installation. We had him add leaf guards and he uses best materials. While there, ike looked at a bad leak that was damaging our ceiling. He identified the likely cause and did a quick caulking patch for us. He also cleaned out gutters on the front of house (saving us money). Job clean up was good also. Enjoyed working with Ike he is direct and professional. Love that he finished by sending numerous good photos showing details as the work progressed.
