We are quite pleased with our new kitchen after the renovation is done by Kitchen & Bath Reno . The whole project is a new experience. I was not sure what is going to happen after I heard many horrible stories from other people's experiences. Glad to report it is a very positive experience. The designer, the project manager and crews are very personable and efficient. Sure there are few issues during the renovation, but problems got solved quickly and satisfactorily. I hired Alex to fix my ceiling. This was a difficult job to assess. My home is 95 years old. During its lifetime it had been attacked by squirrels. My ceiling which is the floor for the upper level, was in very sad shape. It had been repaired in many places, some repairs smaller, some larger, all of them badly done. We spent an hour discussing different ideas to do the repair. Alex and his helper came up with the idea to take the whole ceiling down this removing all the areas that were bulging and in his words, “make a new ceiling to last many years.” I agreed. They took me shopping and got my input on every step, discussed every issue, respected my ideas (good, bad, and stupid) and after removing all the drywall, we have a straight and level ceiling, all the bulges of squirrel damage removed. The slate is clean and we began from scratch. I have him in my contact list as I have other projects.Latest review:House renovation-
