Shawn and team did an excellent job. Shawn provided a quote via google earth and came in person to show the choice of shingles. Within a few days they were here and the roof was done. Did a good job cleaning up and used a magnet roller to ensure no nails were left behind. No garbage left on site, very impressed.

After a recent heavy rainstorm, water was leaking from the flat roof above my entrance porch. I called Roofing Pros. Sam was prompt and courteous in assessing the issue, and provided an estimate for the repair. The flat roof was replaced, including new Scupper, wall flashings, etc. The front gutter over the garage was also replaced and a new downspout re-located and installed to the opposite side, away from the house wall. An 18 extension was added to the downspout coming from the upper roof as well as a step flashing by the downspout. Flashing was checked and caulking applied where required. Job was done in timely fashion. I would recommend Roofing Pros.

DO NOT HIRE AMIR - THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF OTHER OPTIONS Amir M. installed a new gas water heater in my residence last year. Enbridge did an inspection on the house due to an unrelated service call. They flagged Amir’s work and tagged the gas line with a WARNING TICKET and gave us 45 days to fix the problem. Amir connected the gas line to the furnace line. That is not to code. I immediately contacted Amir. He kept saying he will come…gave me the run around for weeks and did not show up. If my gas is not fixed in the next week Enbridge is going to shut off the gas!!!! I am in the process of hiring another licensed tech to do the work. I feel upset that Amir did not do a proper install and cut corners. But I am more upset that he has given me the run around and not stood behind his work.
