We hired Reid to rebuild our deck, and I can confidently say the experience was smooth from start to finish. What stood out most was his commitment to the timeline and his ability to flex when we wanted to change something — he showed up when he said he would, communicated clearly throughout, and finished the project exactly when promised (which, let’s be honest, is rare in this space). His quote was not only competitive, but there were no surprise costs or upsells halfway through — what he quoted is what we paid. The quality of the work was solid, and he left the site clean and organized each day. If you're looking for someone who respects both your time and your budget, Reid is the guy. Would absolutely hire him again. In fact we did - for a stone pathway project and we will again for more projects.

A huge thank you to Jeff. We were in the midst of a renovation and a small leak developed last weekend. This problem was holding up MANY trades people. Peaks roofing had done our roof 11 year ago. This company was purchased by Jeff a few years back . He absolutely was going to honour previous contracts. He showed up this morning with his huge personality and got to work. The leak was fixed BUT... let's not stop there he completely inspected the whole roof for popped nails, any flashing problems etc. What a pleasure to meet such an honourable man.
