They are the best! Their expertise, technical knowledge, quality and communication are excellent. I worked with them for mold inspection and air quality testing. I got in a contact with a lot of other companies before to get some quotes but none of them sounded as convincing as Inch by Inch inspection. Tony sent me the quotes on time and spent almost half an hour on the phone to explain me the process, what they will do, which equipments they will use..etc. As an engineer, this was so important to me. Also, while Tony was doing the inspection he made sure he is checking every single point on the walls, floors and ceiling in order not to miss any potential issue. I contacted Lorenzo to build a concrete shed base. Lorenzo promptly provided me with a fair price estimate on a phone and scheduled work during the time convenient for my schedule. At my request Lorenzo came in person before starting work to provide his professional opinion in regards to the shed placement. Lorenzo and his team each time showed up on time and did a good clean up at the end of the work day. Excellent work. completed in a timely way and started April 13, 2023 as soon as this work could be started. Went out of their way to pick up armour stones with the truck, not part of first discussions. Amada & Fernanda arrived at my house right at the scheduled time, and got right to work. They did a spectacular job, with much attention to detail. My shower tiles have not sparkled like that in a long time! As a bonus, the oven was cleaned. The experience we had was absolutely terrible! We DO NOT recommend this company. We've spent over $50,000 and still have an incomplete kitchen. We told Dan at Caledon Renovations, from the very beginning, that we needed the renovation completed as quickly as possible to sell and relocate for work. Dan told us that he could complete the work in 4 weeks. On June 3rd, 2024, demolition began on our whole main floor. Once demolition was complete, no one showed up for 2 weeks. We were constantly told there were issues sourcing product, finally, when he showed up with the floor tile, it was not what we had picked but decided to continue anyway to speed up the renovation. It is now August 7th and it still not done. There were several quality issues that were addressed several times and Dan offered to come back to fix these issues for a 3rd time - we declined. The final straw was when we had a subcontractor show up at our house demanding money or he would place a lean on our house. After speaking to this gentleman, we found out that Dan had not paid him and said it was because we owed money - we were paid up to date. When we told Dan we do not want to work with him because of the trouble he has caused, he offered a refund of $1200 for upper kitchen cabinet doors. Even though we were not satisfied with the refund amount, we agreed. We told him to pick up his sign from our home and give us the refund. That was 6 days ago and we've heard nothing from him. Gabe, was on time and on budget. He set out clear expectations of the project and delivered on each of them in a timely manor. He does most of the work himself, so he never lost days waiting for others to be able to make it. He stressed the details right down to the last minute of the project.
