Absolutely brilliant!! I've worked with a lot of contractors in the past and these guys surpassed all expectations and topped any experience I've had with contractors in the past. Professional, skilled, true to their word and very accommodating. I needed a flooring job done quickly and gave short notice. They got the job done in less than 24-hours from the time I contacted them. Not only was it picture perfect, they left my place as clean (maybe even cleaner) than I left it! AND they epitomize customer service. They were on time (actually a few minutes early). Almost unheard of in past experience. Johnny was great to dealing with when he completed 2 jobs for us. One was repairing the walls and painting, including painting the ceiling and the other was removing grass cloth from a bedroom. The grass cloth removal was something no one wanted to do but Johnny took it on no problems and left it like new, with fresh paint and replaced baseboards. He is kind, reliable and considerate. I contacted Ramiro after reading all of the amazing reviews from so many satisfied customers. He replied quickly and was so trustworthy and professional. My shower was built 4 years ago and there were very concerning signs. There were cracks in the grout, the caulking was moldy in spots and water had gotten under the tiles on floor and would slowly leak out into the shower area in a couple of spots where the wall meets the floor. Ramiro and his colleague worked diligently to remove all of the old caulking and did a deep disinfecting and cleaning of the entire shower. They sucked out water behind the floor tile and dried the area completely before re-grouting the perimeter of the floor with a high quality matching epoxy grout. The entire shower area including the tiles, fixtures and glass doors were made to look brand new. New caulking was added and the grout was sealed to create a beautiful, leak proof finish. We are so happy with the work done by Ramiro and his partner to do another full shower restoration in our other bathroom. I highly recommend Tigro Tile and Grout Restoration!
