I’m a hands-on residential contractor with experience taking projects from vacant land to completed homes. I am licensed for septic and well systems and have managed full home builds including site coordination, framing, interior finishes, and final occupancy preparation. I have experience applying for building permits, coordinating drawings, and working with municipalities and inspectors to move projects forward properly. I’ve also pulled ESA permits for residential electrical work completed as an owner and successfully passed inspections. My construction experience includes full-house plumbing installations and septic connections, interior framing, drywall, decks, landscaping, and HVAC mini-split installations. I dont shy away from smaller projects though. I do very much enjoy deck builds and exterior finishing like siding/ aluminum work. I take pride in being efficient and staying competitive to meet your budget. I am fully insured. I have been in business for almost 10 years. I take pride in doing my own. This for me means that If I take on a large project for you I will be doing majority of the work. I dont like going under the title of a “general contractor”. In my experience I find that this ushually means the work is being sub contracted out to several people and if the time comes were there is possibly a issue the customer gets more false promises then solutions. I dont want that for my reputation so I stick to what I know and consistently am straight forward to the client. Honesty is key.
