We hired Leader Landscaping to rebuild a retaining wall on a steep lot and we could not have made a better choice! I have had Sky Level Construction do three different jobs. The first was a new driveway, walkways and front porch. Its beautiful and I couldnt be happier. So a few years later I decided I wanted our wooden deck removed and a large stamped concrete patio put in. I called Yen at Sky Level Construction. So when the time came to rip out our old shed and put in two new sheds, I needed concrete pads poured. I called Yen again. Sky Level came, poured the concrete pads, raised my entire backyard by 6 inches, installed drainage tubes to help drain my yard, re-sodded and graded the yard and poured gravel along the edges to assist with drainage. The people who work for this company are very skilled and very professional. I would recommend this company for any job.

Artem of Novo Building was very professional and skilled. After a site visit and discussion, the project estimate we received included a very detailed list of the cost of materials and labour which we really appreciated. He was friendly, detail oriented, listened to what we wanted and had great suggestions on how to make the deck better than our expectations. He did an awesome job removing our old deck and building our new one. Our neighbour came by, was so impressed with the deck he immediately asked Artem for his business card. We would definitely hire Novo Building again. Bruce

We highly recommend Bevan and the team at Juniper Development Group. We recently completed a renovation that included interior, exterior and structural alterations to our property and our experience was outstanding. The scope included Interior: demo, drywall, flooring, custom doors + Exterior: balcony rebuild, retaining wall reconstruction, stamped concrete, & metal/glass railings. One of the things that stood out was they were always on time, communicated well, and kept the job site tidy, an aspect that both us and our neighbours appreciated. Bevan listened carefully to our ideas and offered helpful advice throughout the project. When unexpected issues arose, like the balcony and roof issue that was discovered, Bevan promptly addressed them, ensuring the repairs were done correctly which can be complicated on 100 year old homes. What impressed us most was the level of care and attention to detail. Bevan managed the project efficiently, keeping us informed daily/weekly and made sure we stayed within budget. Even when a temporary tarp blew off during a storm, they were there within an hour, fixing it in the pouring rain. Overall, our experience with Juniper was excellent. Bevan is a contractor who values communication, integrity, and quality work. We've already referred him to multiple friends/clients. He is now our go-to for everything house related.

I needed to install a floating tv cabinet/shelf and a mounted tv on top of the cabinet on my wall. I had many options to choose from for the TV mount beforehand and the installers were very charismatic over the phone. They seemed to have a very good supply of equipment and I was able to pick teh4type of TV mount I wanted before they came. They even had an extra TV wiring kit on hand that was better than what I purchased beforehand. It was exceptional service and I will definitely go with Raza's Renos the next time around. I didn't have to buy a mounting bracket or a stud finder. I also could have saved more time by not trying to find a TV wiring kit.
