I recently decided to upgrade my basement bathroom. After meeting with several contractors, I chose Sam and his team and I'm so glad that I did. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. Sam's quote was fair and his work was exceptional. I was very impressed with their work and attention to detail. We are thrilled with the results. Sam was very responsive, honest and professional. He and his team went to great lengths to keep the area as clean as possible, vacuuming and mopping at the end of each day. They showed up with when they said they would and kept to the schedule as promised. I would highly recommend Sam and his team and I look forward to working with them again on future projects.

Overall, the company provided the qualified service. The team are very friendly and transparent to give some advise for a better project plan prior to starting the work. the word was done within the expected days. 2 days for driveway 1 days for the 5-steps stairs 1/2 day for replacing the SODs. clean up all the trash and the subject surface. several points here, the SODs was not enough on the day for both back and front yard. it had been waited for another week to completed it. the SOD was not paved closed enough. team gave me 2 SODs for free and I fixed all the gaps. the fertile soil and grass free sheet were not paved before SODs were installed. Maybe it is normal for the techniques. Not sure, I dont have such experience. Overall, I would recommend this team for paving the landscape, but slight less for grassland project. I am satisfied with the expense, btw considering the crazy inflation after COVID pandemic.

Behzad from Voltit Electrical was excellent! He was incredibly responsive, with great instruction and details. Easy to schedule based on my schedule with other contractors doing my kitchen reno. Has agreed for return trips to complete a few extra items I added. His work is incredibly neat and he was respectful of my space. Will definitely keep his contact info for future work. Highly recommended.

Paul was very knowledgeable and did a thorough job with my insulation and he immediately sourced the area in my basement that was letting in moisture. Bear in mind that I needed to order my own supplies(which was no big deal) but I was also responsible for carting away construction debris myself and I had to return large supplies with my little hatchback. This is why I only gave 4 stars

The experience we had was absolutely terrible! We DO NOT recommend this company. We've spent over $50,000 and still have an incomplete kitchen. We told Dan at Caledon Renovations, from the very beginning, that we needed the renovation completed as quickly as possible to sell and relocate for work. Dan told us that he could complete the work in 4 weeks. On June 3rd, 2024, demolition began on our whole main floor. Once demolition was complete, no one showed up for 2 weeks. We were constantly told there were issues sourcing product, finally, when he showed up with the floor tile, it was not what we had picked but decided to continue anyway to speed up the renovation. It is now August 7th and it still not done. There were several quality issues that were addressed several times and Dan offered to come back to fix these issues for a 3rd time - we declined. The final straw was when we had a subcontractor show up at our house demanding money or he would place a lean on our house. After speaking to this gentleman, we found out that Dan had not paid him and said it was because we owed money - we were paid up to date. When we told Dan we do not want to work with him because of the trouble he has caused, he offered a refund of $1200 for upper kitchen cabinet doors. Even though we were not satisfied with the refund amount, we agreed. We told him to pick up his sign from our home and give us the refund. That was 6 days ago and we've heard nothing from him. We now have to hire another contractor to finish the renovation which is going to cost us more money and time.

We started out with a small Job fix some ikea kitchen cabinets and do some trim work. We then also hired them to pain some exterior shutters. and fix some stairs and floors. Then the storm hit and we decided to replace our floors do some water proofing, and touchoup paint. Keegan and his crew are great and I highly recomend them. there was a small issue with our stairs and they ended up fixing it for free. IF you ahve a job and you are not sure who to call, look no further.

Masters of Their Craft! We initially hired Reza to design and build a deck around our new hot tub. The finished product included a privacy panel and stairs. We were so impressed with Reza and his teams professionalism and expertise that we hired them again to design and create a backyard retreat which included privacy fencing. Rezas team created a beautiful stone patio and firepit which connected to a stone pathway along the side of our house. The garden was cleaned up and a stone border was installed. When the backyard looks better than the front yard, what do you do? Work with Reza again to create the design! The front of our house now has a stone garden bed and pathway, and privacy screening which complements the natural beauty of our neighbourhood. To tip this design over the top, Reza added soft outdoor recessed lighting along the pathway, and spotlights in the garden bed. Rezas team also built a solid wood garden bed in front of the porch and added lighting as well. Reza and his team are masters of their craft. The team is meticulous and friendly, and their work is impeccable. Reza is a wonderful person and very easy to work with. We are so happy with the results they truly made our house a home and we cant thank them enough. We will be hiring Reza for all future projects and highly recommend them. Love our new Napoleon Oakville gas fireplace.... Adam and Spencer were able to do remove an old unit and do the install within a week 😊 They will be back with a new custom backer plate - We'll have them install a second fireplace unit in our new Timberframe sunroom at the same time. Well done!
