What a wonderful experience we had with John and his team. Vito, Jeff, and Oaklan were true professionals and made our home whole again. Fixed my washer that was leaking water because of the damaged gasket. He brought the gasket for me and installed it with in 30 minutes. Airmakers were the first to respond. They came promptly, inspected my furnace, said it was old but in good shape, said they made some adjustments to make it more efficient. So far satisfaction. But while the temperature outside rose, the house was noticeably colder, and the furnace noisier. It is unable to maintain the set temperature; it drops as low as 17, and then may take more than an hour to reach my set 22. After 3 weeks of this, I contacted the office. The manageress was not interested. She would send someone out only if I paid another $89. As her first comment was "How old is your furnace," I suspected that I would be told that I needed a new furnace, in spite of being told 3 weeks before that it was working well. I had the pleasure of working with Jonathan and Jason to restore my client's unit after it was left in terrible condition by a previous tenant. I needed to install an EVSE to charge my electric vehicle. I purchased the EVSE unit and contacted Smart Electrical Services to do the install. They gave a good estimate and two techs came to do the actual wiring. The breaker panel was in the back corner of the house and the car was parked at the front. They installed the large (6 gauge) cable neatly and with minimal disruption and no unnecessary holes in the walls. Very professional and easy to work with.
