I'd pretty well given up on hoping to find an honest and capable plumber in East York until we had the good fortune to connect with Alex at Dunkirk Plumbing & Heating. After what we've been through with several plumbers in the past year (exhorbitant pricing, hidden fees, insolent attitudes and, worst of all, finding out you're dealing with an unidentifiable, unreachable company instead of the plumbers themselves), Dunkirk Plumbing & Heating was a clearly brilliant find. Alex is straightforward, punctual, quick to understand what needs doing, and then efficient and meticulous performing the work. 5 stars all round.

An amazing experience with Spring Home! So glad I picked them to replace my central air unit. Justin, the rep who met with us, was so helpful, knowledgeable and personable. He made the whole experience easy to understand and seamless, and without any jargon or pressure. The appointment was two days later at our request. Justin checked in regularly through the process and the technicians who installed our unit were on time, polite, friendly and efficient. And to top it all, the prices were very reasonable for a quality unit! I will 100% be coming back to Spring Home for service calls and for any other HVAC items that need attention in the future. Very impressed with this rare standard of excellent service and attention to detail - recommend this company unreservedly.

Mabda (Ben) is a someone you should avoid at all costs. He charged me $350+HST for fixing a sink at a condo I own. I trusted the work would be done and did not follow up to confirm. Buyer beware, the sink was not fixed at all! If he challenges this review, I have receipts showing what I paid, and pictures that show it was never fixed. Stay away!! The best/funniest part is, he flooded my toilet when he was there too just my luck! Read the reviews and don't waste your time. The good ones are probably fake.

We hired these guys last year to install a shutoff valve onto our gas line and hook up our gas bbq. Weve now been smelling gas very frequently and its clear the piece they installed is corroded, rusted and leaking. Ive tried to reach out a couple of times over the last couple of weeks to ask them to come and fix the issue (obviously leaking gas is very dangerous!) and theyve never responded. Really disappointed in the quality of work and lack of customer service. More than happy to adjust my review if this is addressed.

Vlad and Roman came back today for a follow-up job, and once again, they absolutely crushed it—true professionals who deliver flawless results every time! They pulled two additional Cat6 drops: one for a first-floor AP and one for an iPad mount near my kitchen entrance. What impressed me most was how cleanly they handled the challenging first-floor AP run—in the middle of the house—with just one small cutout, which they neatly finished with a clean access panel. No mess, no visible wires, and everything looks like it belongs. I’m thoroughly impressed (again!) with their expertise, especially in low-voltage and UniFi setups. I’m already looking forward to having them back for our next project—likely a full home alarm system installation. If you need clean, high-quality cabling work done right, these are your guys. Highly recommend!
