As a result, we offer over-the-phone diagnostics for the a small price of $20. During this process, we identify the problem, offer solutions, and provide you costs associated to the repair; therefore, allowing our customers to make informed decisions efficiently. If you choose to go through with the repair, the $20 diagnostic fee will be deducted from the service fee.
