AMAZING!!! No more up and down, dragging a 32 foot ladder around in cold wet weather and trying to put up unreliable light strings. This is truly a game changer for this 67 year old senior who had been going all out the last 25 years decorating our home for Christmas. I had been scaling back the last few years since my knee replacement surgery, but now I am back in the game. Brian was a total professional and a pleasure to deal with . From day one of sending off a photo of how my house would look with the added lights , complete with an all inclusive quote with no extras or hidden charges, right through scheduling of work to final payment, I was never in the dark!! He even allowed a minor addition to the original quote some 5 days later when he came out for a site visit to do his final measurements. The house looks great and the options are limitless, no matter the holiday or occasion. You can even customize the lights to your favorite team colors on game day!!! Dave does amazing work ,behaving been married to a contractor I can honestly say Dave's work is some of the best I have seen. He repaired a window, cleaned and caulked 6 windows, inspected my crawl space did a few odd jobs he was here for 7 hours and the I feel so much better he gave me peace of mind . Some of the work was apparently done well. I say apparently as so far 3 of the 5 objects have stayed secured to the wall. 2 of the objects, one picture and one plaque fell off. The plaque even fell off a second time after I had to have him come back, 5 minutes after he left. I didn't bother calling him to put it on a 3rd time. I found someone else to do the job. 3 out of 5 stars because 3 of the 5 are still on the wall!

John Routier and his crew were a pleasure to deal with. Workmanship was excellent and completed in a very timely manner. We found John, Ryan, Corban, Aaron and Brandon to be extremely friendly, courteous, and diligent. John was able to handle extra requests while onsite and was always gracious and accommodating with our questions and concerns. Hired AAAHS to repair wall in my basement and was quoted the price. I informed the company that the job would require painting. AAAHS arrived late and proceeded to repair wall. He patched the wall and said his job did not include sanding or painting. I don’t understand why he would think that we would just want the wall repaired and not painted. I pointed out that is not what I wrote in my message and was told he gets thousands of messages a day regarding jobs, so it’s not his problem that he can not keep track of what the job entails. I could have gotten the job done in completion by another person for less money. I was left very confused and angry. This company needs to work on their communication skills and provide proper estimates so the client knows exactly what they are paying for and not be tricked into retaining their service and in the end the job that is completed is incomplete.

Install or repair electrical sockets and switches- 27 May 2025
The electrician arrived on time at first visit. Some aspects of the job, such as checking the breaker panel, the 3 sockets with no power supply, and the 2 way lighting circuit were tested. Loose wires were identified and replaced. After repair, the 3 sockets resumed power connection but only lasted 1 day and cut off again. Requested electrician for a return visit to fix the work, but waited more 10 days as he was working out of town. He did not show up on the date of his 2nd visit and lack of communication. After follow-up and difficult to pin down a time, he came back 2 days later to perform more testing. Recommended solution to give up a 2 way switch circuit that would be a easier fix and less costly compared to testing all sockets in the basement. Amid the 3 sockets now resumed power connection, I have to give up the 2 way light switch function going down from main level to the basement. The partial resolution and delay follow through affected my overall satisfaction.
