Shefik came in for the consultation the same day, explained everything in detail, answered all my questions, and closed the deal within an hour. Vahid and Jacob installed the unit within the given timeframe. Nadine, created an exception for me, and allowed me to pay the remaining balance after 2 days of the installation due to some issues on my end. Very helpful. Finally, I had some concerns, and the owner, Cyrus, personally called me to address them. It was the first time I received a call from a company's owner of any company to discuss concerns.
