Jerry met and exceeded every expectation we had for our staircase and upper hallway Reno. Jerry has a nice storefront were you pick,out your items , such as treads rails etc. Jerry custom matched the stain to our hardwood floor and it looks perfect. Born and raised at the foothills of the Burren Co. Clare Ireland, stone is what I know. This region is known for its limestone and there is plenty of it. Stone is the foundation of my home house, the fences on our farm and the beauty of our land. My first cut at masonry I was about 7. There I was standing alongside my father building a stone wall. Now, one would think this was a fond moment, father teaching his son "the trade". Let me tell you, if I hadn't broken the kitchen window hurling a sliotar through it, I might not be the Mason I am today.

Romildo and Sam did an excellent job preparing our kitchen back walls which were uneven and covered in glue after removing the tile. They fit the work into their schedule and completed it quickly while doing a great job at the same time. I will hire them again to install the backsplash tile and to renovate a bathroom.

We are very happy with the completed job. All the workers worked hard and coordinated like a well oiled machine. They completed the job as scheduled and the result was beautiful. Moise created a custom designed radiator cover for my living room. I have no issues with the unit - the design is good, the construction is solid, and the workmanship is top notch. Throughout the process, I found Ben and Cara pleasant to deal with (if at times not as quick to respond as one might expect). The reason for my POOR review is simple. When installing the unit, Moise informed me that he would be installing a cleat. However, he failed to ask me for a picture of what was inside the wall before he began to drill, failed to use a stud finder, and even failed to simply walk to the other side of the wall to observe a built in toilet. As a result, his 4 drill into the wall pierced a brand new toilet bladder. While I understand mistakes happen (and he helped to stem the water flow), my frustration is that the company failed to help reimburse me for the re-work to repair the mistake his installation had caused (I suggested I cover the labour, his INSURANCE cover the bladder). I am simply amazed. I paid him in full for his work (that was well done) but had assumed he would help pay for the costly repairs (over 4 figures) that his mistake caused. There was no discussion or debate - simply an impolite no.
