We're very happy with the work done. Some areas of hardwood in the upper hallway and bedrooms in our almost 100 year old house we're very noisy. If one person was awake, everyone was. The job took two days and the men worked non-stop. We were told not to expect 100% silent but we have about 95% and are very satisfied. The drilled holes are very small and not noticeable unless you are looking for them. I highly recommend this company.

We recently hired Level Up to complete a basement renovation, and we couldnt be happier with the results. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Mike was outstanding to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. He had great ideas to optimize the space in our basement, but we never felt pressured or that he was trying to sell us upgrades we didnt need. He and his team stuck to the timeline and budget they initially quoted, which is something we really appreciated! Our site manager Avtar was also very helpful in making sure everything was running smoothly throughout the duration of the work. A special shout-out to Ashley, the designer, who was fantastic to work with as well. She took our ideas and turned them into something even better than we imagined, and her help with the design choices really brought the space to life. She was very easy to communicate with and truly listened to our needs and preferences and made recommendations accordingly. One thing that really stood out throughout the process was the consistent communication. Mike kept us updated regularly on the projects progress, including scheduling and who would be coming in and out of the house on any given day. It made coordinating everything so much easier, and we never felt left in the dark. Every worker that came to our home was punctual, polite, and professional. They always took great care to be respectful of our space, and when the project was fully complete, the Level Up team ensured our house was cleaned up. Its clear they take pride in their work and in providing an excellent experience for their clients. The basement turned out exactly how we envisioned it beautiful, functional, and high-quality. We are so glad we chose Level Up, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, efficient, and skilled renovation team. We had work done by Curbz about 6 years ago. It was very expensive for what we got. The flowers never matured, the tree never blossomed. We take good care watering and nutruing the soil every year and nada.

Great customer service, quality work and fanatic product! Feng came recommended by one of his previous customers. We are very happy with the work and the entire process. He arrived on time, took detailed measurements and discussed challenges and possible solutions. I was very particular about the Calcutta designs on the stones, Feng took me numerous wear houses where I was able to select just the one -WQ3350! When the selection was made it took 2 weeks for the product to be made to according to the measurements and delivered. On the day of, a crew of 6 showed up and the work was completed in only one day to my surprise. It was a big jobs as I had a total of 5 slabs and 3 waterfalls as well as a backsplash. The project involved our kitchen and bar area. The lines matched up very well and the they paid attention to details. Feng was very responsive and easy to work with. I definitely would recommend him and rely on for future projects.

Lincoln and his team did a great job in building us a new, larger deck that is covered with a ceiling fan, lighting, infrared heaters and drop down screens. He used mineral based composite for the deck floor and cedar for the ceiling and TV wall. It looks awesome and it gives us an extension to our house that could be used for at least three seasons, if not all four!

NDS was very professional, from the person who initially responded to our enquiry to the person who provided the estimate and all the way through to insulation. They showed us pictures of the attic, where there were issues and “after pictures”. They did exactly what they said they would do and wanted to ensure that we were completely satisfied before they left. I would use NDS again and recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality services

Have worked with Archie and team in the past. They did windows in our old house 12 years ago, and a new door in this house last year. Great both times. We reached out to them to help us do a full replacement of a stuck window. They were yet again fantastic. Super professional. Trustworthy. Very reasonable cost. One of their workers also took some time to oil our front door hinges because he noticed they were squeaking a bit. It had nothing to do with the windows but they did it anyway. Great company.
