These guys are the best around. My commercial property that I own is always safe during the winter with Unique Landscape taking care of things. These guys are diligent in making sure our snow is clear. They ensure our lot is clear and safe for when our business opens after it snows. I no longer have to worry about slip and fall accidents during the winter. They also look after our landscaping and they do a fantastic job! Highly recommend. The cost value I put in is not accurate as I have a yearly contract for property maintenance with them. I found their pricing to be more than competitive.

Build or renovate basement- 7 Apr 2025
We recently had our basement renovated after some unexpected water damage, and we honestly couldn't have picked a better team to handle it. With a baby on the way we were already feeling the stress. All Pro Renos really stepped up and made the whole experience as smooth and worry-free as possible. Their attention to detail was amazing and it showed in every aspect of their work. They were extremely thoughtful about our situation, making sure everything stayed on schedule so we'd have one less thing to stress about before the baby arrived. They even went out of their way to set us up with an air filter upstairs keeping the air fresh and clean for my pregnant wife. Every day they tidied up the job site thoroughly and their communication was spot-on through the entire project. They kept us updated every step of the way. A huge thank you to Jonathan and his team for their excellent work and kindness throughout the process. This is who you want for your job without a doubt!

Paul did a complete renovation of our old-style condo from floor to ceiling including 2 bathrooms, kitchen, laying new flooring, skim coating of popcorn ceiling etc. He is very much familiar with IKEA kitchens. He can rebuilt the existing IKEA cabinet as he did for us to install the built-in exhaust. He can install all build-in appliances, fridge included. Our renovation was so called "contractor nightmare". Most of the contractors will not be able to handle it. The renovation included the installation of flush concealed doors, flush baseboards, wall mural, slate-lite panels and etc. etc. Paul took a challenge and went through as a savvy. His suggestions are useful and problem-solving. He handles jobs skilfully and cleverly. He has an eye for details and kind of finesse in his job. All veins on the tiles are matched perfectly, transition between different types of floors impeccable, ceiling look like new after skim coating. He is a top class professional contractor. I would recommend him not just for friends but for designers as well. He is very good in what he is doing.

We worked with Mark to re-finish our basement after we had a small flood. This was our first big renovation in our home and needless to say we learned a lot about the process from Mark! The basement was old, and needed a full gut down to the studs which included a full bath renovation, some laundry room work and the main area (insulation, new lighting, new flooring, additional support post installation for future upstairs wall removal, some HVAC). We also had Mark update a powder room on the main floor. From start to finish Mark helped us understand what was happening and made sure we were made aware of things they found when walls were opened up and plumbing and electrical was exposed. All of the sub-contractors were great and showed up on time and when we expected them per Mark, and Mark was very responsive if we contacted him with questions and really went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with the result. The work area was always kept exceptionally clean and was tidied at the end of each work day, which we really appreciated because we were still using the basement for laundry. Overall we have been thrilled with the end result and will be using Mark again to complete our main floor renovation next.

I have had Sky Level Construction do three different jobs. The first was a new driveway, walkways and front porch. Its beautiful and I couldnt be happier. So a few years later I decided I wanted our wooden deck removed and a large stamped concrete patio put in. I called Yen at Sky Level Construction. So when the time came to rip out our old shed and put in two new sheds, I needed concrete pads poured. I called Yen again. Sky Level came, poured the concrete pads, raised my entire backyard by 6 inches, installed drainage tubes to help drain my yard, re-sodded and graded the yard and poured gravel along the edges to assist with drainage. The people who work for this company are very skilled and very professional. I would recommend this company for any job.
