I’ve been running my own business for over a year now, I’ve done contract work for various strata complexes, and lots of residential work. I am proficient in maintenance work. including, but not limited to- interior and exterior work, cleaning ductwork (HVAC, Dryer, bathroom, kitchen) re-ducting dryer, kitchen, and bathroom vents. I am proficient at working around plumbing services such as installing new toilets, sinks, and faucets. I also do lots of work on the roof, such as moss removal, chemical washes and moss prevention.
