My fire panel did not pass the test as the inspector needed photos of the clauking. I reached out to kevin many times via text and here, but there was no response. I ended up buying the clauking again and applying it over the panel again. I paid 300 for this job but very disappointed as i had to redo everything myself.

You cannot trust their estimate. I contracted them to build a second floor addition, and after supplying them with detailed CAD drawings, architectural plans of the existing house, and all the information they needed to provide the most accurate and realistic estimate possible, they later increased some of the biggest costs to MORE THAN DOUBLE what they had estimated. One could accept increases of up to 10% or 15%, but not over 100% when there are no changes or unforeseen circumstances to account for them! They claim that they work with you and keep you on budget every step of the way. That is not true. The designer had not even looked at the estimate to begin with, and during the design process, I was not able to get any pricing until the design was finished. And then they put obstacles and threatened additional design costs when I wanted to go back to make the necessary revisions to reduce a large cost increase. That was the first of three instances in which they doubled costs for no other reason than having made a mistake or omission in their initial estimation. This is by no means the honest, customer-focused company they profess to be. They do provide a more itemized estimate than other builders, which is why I chose them. But when they increase costs by so much for no valid reason, the estimate means nothing. In short, after two years spent correcting the designers constant mistakes (which also delayed permits), waiting for updated costs and information, and disputing unfair cost increases, I had to give up the addition before construction had even begun. Besides the disappointment and aggravation, I have also lost a non-refundable deposit of over $20,000 plus the cost of all the permits.

We'd like to start off this review with a HUGE, thank you to Dmitry and his amazing team of professionals! My husband and I had been contemplating finishing our basement for a few years now. However, like most people today, looking to pursue such a project we had a lot to consider.... The quality of work (of course), time to complete the project, and most of all the cost. With much thought we contacted five different companies both big and small to come into our home to see our space and provide us with what we hoped would be a honest and fair estimate base on our "VISION" and our "BUDGET" With allot to consider, we ultimately decided to go with Dmitry, and we are extremely happy we did!! Dmitry checked all the boxes..... - completion of the project was executed in a timely manner (ten weeks) - Dmitry provided options to purchase from his catalogue or choose our own finishes where Dmitry was very accommodating. - Communication was great. We always knew when any member of Dmitry's team would show up so that we were prepared. - And of course our budget. Dmitry's quote for this project was the most favourable in comparison to the other quotes we'd received. Even with adding in new finishes and details throughout the process. However, what truly sealed the deal for us was knowing that we would be dealing directly with Dmitry as our project manager. This was extremely important as we consider ourselves to be highly detailed and quality driven people. We had a very specific vision in mind which Dmitry was excited to take on and eager to tackle working closely with us to meet any and all expectations. The quality of craftsmanship and level of detail surly exceeded our expectations. Andrea was absolutely fantastic! Every part of his service was top notch. He arrived on time, assessed the situation quickly, and was beyond reasonable in every aspect! After fixing our issue, he called out of courtesy to check in a few hours later to see if everything was working properly, and even hopped on a video call to confirm everything. Maybe better than all, he was so kind and patient with how he explained all of the issues that transpired with our toilet and plumbing systems. He is absolutely going to be our point person when it comes to any plumbing issue moving forward. Highly recommend, as he is equally a great person as he is skilled in his trade! Small animals pest control (squirrel, raccoon & possum)- 28 Feb 2026
Chris did an excellent job. Knowledgeable and walked us through various scenarios for squirrel encroachment in our ceiling along with potential solutions. His examination of the affected area allowed his to provide a specific solution. He installed barriers not only in the affected area but our upper roof, as well, being proactive any future squirrel attempt at encroachment. Squirrels gone. He did a one week follow up so recheck the affected area. Happy with service. Cost was worth it. You pay for what you get. Highly recommended.
