I needed to upgrade my electrical panel and began a search for electrical contractors online, and came across 24/7 Electrical Service Inc where I spoke to Moe. From the very beginning Moe was friendly and very informative. The work couldn't be done right away because we were waiting to be scheduled by the power company for power shut down. But through the whole process Moe handled all applications and communications with the power company, all while keeping me informed as to where the process currently was. In the end Moe and another electrician came through and completed the work. It was well done, with the wires neatly placed and at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend their service.

I have hired HLE flooring on two occasions. The first was a major house renovation that involved re-leveling a significant portion of th floor and installing 1500 sqr feet of new hardwood and replacing my treads and risers on my main staircase. The team from HLE flooring were amazing and onsite when they promised and worked long hours to complete the job. They care about the quality of the work they deliver and their attention to detail is second to none. My second project involves 1500 sqr feet of new hardwood installed in my upstairs hallway and bedrooms as well as another major staircase renovation involving treads, risers and a new hand railing. The results were stunning and the HLE team again delivered an amazing outcome that exceeded my expectations. Wonderful experience and job well done. Special thanks to Michael for heading the crew and getting the work done ahead of time. The backyard grading along the property line between my neighbour and myself happens to be quite contentious. It has been mediated by the Richmond Hill Grading Department (RHGD) who have been quite understanding and reasonable in their handling of the situation. When the request came from the RHGD on what was needed on my side, a call was put in to Greenlane Landscaping to estimate the job and provide details on when it could be done. They, in fact, were the only landscaping company that answered my call. Michael, their landscape architect, came by and scoped out the job. It was done in a professional and congenial manner. The terms were agreed fairly shortly after that (regrade of the the area and resod as needed) and the date was set. There was a wrinkle in that the job date had to be pushed forward to meet the needs of RHGD and that was accommodated by Greenlane. When the date came, Greenlane sent a professional crew supervised by Michael, and they did a highly professional job. The crew was congenial and and empathetic in their relations. The job was completed to a first rate standard. the sod and soil provided were excellent and the instructions provide to keep the sod growing were easy to follow. In fact, the sod is the best grass I have in my backyard. There have been no issues with RHGD regarding the work done so far on my side of the property line. Manufacture, distribution and installation of fine quality UPVC (vinyl) windows & steel/ fibreglass doors in the GTA.
The windows for my house were due for replacement. I did a considerable amount of research, determined what I wanted and narrowed my options to 3 manufacturers. I'm normally a DIY guy but realized that these windows are not sold to the public. I did my due diligence and got quotes from several contractors. I came across GTA Direct Windows & Doors. They provided a very competitive quote, but what really sold me was they were very candid, knowledgeable, and didn't try to upsell. I asked about my wired security system and they said it would be preserved - I would only need to put the contacts on the new windows. Other contractors told me the system would be trashed by the install. GTA Direct told me installation would take 1.5 days. I was very skeptical and a bit anxious about anyone installing 21 windows in that short amount of time. However, they completed the job at noon on the second day, took away all the scrap and left my home very clean. I was extremely pleased with the quality of the install. Alex is extremely easy to work with. He kept me updated on schedules, and was easily reachable when I had questions. He even contacted me after completion to ensure I was satisfied.
