My mom has a small apartment, Mary was so patient during the entire cleaning and mom is so satisfy with the cleaning. Mary comes every 2 weeks and every time she comes with some sneaks. Although my fence was repaired, the workers decided to nail holes into my PVC fence post in order to ensure the fence did not lean while the concrete was setting. Did not consult me about nailing holes into my fence. He suggested a work around to repair the damage, which he returned to do the next day, but only fixed 2 of the 3 holes he nailed into my fence post. Not to mention he just left the wood pieces in my neighbour garden and made a mess of the river rocks on my side of the fence. Also not to mention... they rescheduled my fence repair 2 times stating rain... the first time it did not end up raining that day and the 2nd time it rained... finally came on the 3rd scheduled time. Not a satisfied customer.

CertaPro has completely painted the interior of three houses for us over the past eight years and done excellent work every time. The most recent job (Feb 2024) was quite challenging. Destructive tenants had severely damaged the walls, ceilings, and doors in the newly constructed townhouse we had leased to them. The tenants had sloppily painted the walls dark grey and left hundreds of holes and cracks. We called CertaPro and Dip (the newish owner) came and assessed the sordid situation. He assigned Brad the job. We had thought that Brad would come in after the general contractor had finished, but Brad took the initiative to begin patching and sanding while the general contractor was still there fixing the place up. They got along well together, and Brad was able to stay out of the way while still making significant progress. He was able to get the surface prep and first coat on before the floor refinisher and carpet layers came in. He then put on the final coat after them. It ended up taking up many more hours of Brads time (he even came in on weekends to keep the project on schedule) than estimated, but CertPro honored their fixed price contract. We appreciated the tremendous effort and obvious pride put into this challenging paint job. The result made the house look better than when it was new. Ross was an amazing person that thoroughly communicated me solutions that got me to where I was, to where I wanted to be for my home comfort needs. He had converted me over from oil to propane and I instantly enjoyed half the price of heating my home. Was explained to me the energy efficiency differences between my old oil furnace, which was about 80% AFUE and the new propane which is 96%AFUE. He never showed up and won’t answer text or phone an hour after he was supposed to arrive!! Home stars is a joke as obviously you can’t trust you’re hiring someone dependable!!! Update: after I posted the review the pro who had said he would be here 7:30-8am showed up at 9:15 advising he had been on another job quote that ran over.
