Typical time for most jobs 1000sq or more is 5-7days I can perform SAME DAY FINISHES for patch and repairs. Popcorn ceiling removal to Level 5 (800sqft and under) 3 days typically time for completion. My strategy has been to always keep clear communication of what is happening on the job to clients and to always treat every persons home or jobsite with the care I would show my own home or projects

In the case of service/troubleshooting I will not warranty something I “missed” if it is some deep/complicated issue. If it is a quick “oops” (forgot to check the air filter) I will not charge. Basically, I guarantee I want you to get a great deal and great service because I would want a great deal for great service. I charge “by the job” so I can “take my time” with it. I do not charge hourly.
