We posted our job on HomeStars and Jeff at Those Roofers was quick to reply. I discussed our needs with Jeff on a quick phone call. He came by a few days later and had a look at our roof. He clearly explained what we needed and then we agreed on a price. He came back a few hours later and completed the work that afternoon. Price was fair. Jeff was friendly. Work completed on a very timely basis. Did not try and oversell what we needed versus some other quotes we received. Would definitely use Those Roofers again. Thorough clean up of job site as well.

From the first contact to the very end, Leon and the Wimeki team was extremely professional, accommodating and great to work with. The job was to paint the exterior of my home. They prepped by removing the shrubs, power washing the bricks, and covering the areas needed to be protected. The job was completed in 2 days and I’m very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend Wimeki and we will definitely use them again in our next project as I learn they also do full home renovations.

After acquiring a lot in the Greater Toronto Area as a first time home buyer, I began searching for an affordable and reputable builder. With architectural drawings and permits in hand, I found Pavel, Melika, and the team at Novacon and couldnt have been happier. Not only did their full quote and estimate for the project come in with a more competitive price than other builders I consulted with, it also contained more inclusions. No less, they were great people upon meeting. The process throughout was smooth and seamless and Im extremely satisfied with the end result! The outcome was as I had imagined, if not better. The communication was great from conception to completion and I appreciate all of the guidance along the way. I was involved where I needed to be and able to provide my ideas and input, without being overwhelmed by complexity, technical details, and the sheer volume of options available. Credit to Melika for taking the lead on the fine design and bringing my vision to life, while empowering me to make some critical choices over the journey. A project of this size and scope of course faced challenges along the way. While these were primarily due to external circumstances, Pavel and team were responsive and attentive and helped navigate these circumstances with professionalism. I also have to give credit to Yvon and the team on-site for their diligence and all around workmanship. I can appreciate the effort and attention to detail put into the work and look forward to enjoying this beautiful home for many years to come. My only regret is not finding Pavel and Novacon slightly earlier in the process, in order to experience the full design-build experience from end-to-end. Cannot recommend enough, and will certainly not hesitate to engage with Novacon for future projects!

I had Frank come over to fix my door, and honestly, it was an amazing experience. He arrived right on time, didn’t charge any extra fees, and actually got the door at a better price than I’d seen online at Home Depot. He carried it all the way up to my third-floor apartment, replaced the old door, and took the old one down with him. He left everything super tidy, cleaned up all the little bits and pieces, and his price was better than anywhere else I’d found. I’m extremely happy with the job he did!
