Jerry and Kyle who did the actual work were awesome. They were meticulous, very communicative and professional. We are very pleased with the end result. However getting to the result was somewhat painful as the composite materials required for the deck took an unreasonably long time to be available so the job could be completed.

Choosing Neo Kitchen for our kitchen and vanities renovation was the best decision we made and we are very happy with the work they did in our new home. From the start of the process, it was a pleasure working with Michael to design our layouts and make our kitchen and vanity selections. We are quite picky and often changed our minds as we thought of new ideas and Michael was extremely patient through it all and gave excellent advice and insights based on his many years of experience. No matter how many questions we asked, he always answered with a smile that made us feel comfortable and confident that our needs were being understood. Gaby was also extremely helpful and accommodating with our questions and requests to come into the showroom to look at samples. She was a big part of making the experience successful for us as we are very detail oriented and needed to see things with our own eyes to help make decisions. Kevin and his team were very respectful and friendly when they came into our home for measurements and installation. Like us, they pay close attention to detail to make sure everything is installed properly and they are very efficient, tidy, professional, and accommodating with their work. We had some specific requests with our island wiring and work around ductwork and it was all perfectly taken care of. The team Michael works with to install countertops also did an excellent job and were very friendly and easy to work with. The quality of the workmanship and materials used by Neo Kitchen is also top notch for a reasonable price. The cabinets themselves are strong and the paint finishes are all top quality. And Michael is a man of his word - we discovered a small bubble in the paint on one of our vanity doors and Michael took care of it immediately without any hesitation. Believe me, that sort of "make it right" professional attitude makes a world of difference when you're renovating your home. All in all, it was a pleasure to work with Michael and his team and we highly recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom renovation or new build. They honestly took a huge concern off our minds and made it all work out flawlessly without any headaches or concerns at a time when we needed that most. Looking back, all we can say is Thank You Michael and team! We appreciate everything done for us and we absolutely love our beautiful kitchen and vanities!

I dont think Ive ever had such a fast, easy and wonderful experience with a company before! I called to get a quote, Billy arrived when he said he would, answered all of my questions and gave me great suggestions that I hadnt thought of before. Nelly was so prompt with her communication and is so pleasant to deal with which Was a refreshing change from other companies we have dealt with. It was a delight to work with 4most Energy from the day I first spoke to Rey over the phone to the day my boiler installation was done. The guy did not compel me to haggle or think twice about anything, whether the cost or the quality of the brand. He was happy to answer my million questions. The day of the installation was just as smooth. The team of two showed up right on time, and finished the job by evening as promised. We are very pleased with Victor's work and highly recommend him. Our original 1870s staircase was separating from the wall, creating instability and lots of creaking. We had delayed dealing with the situation because we were pretty sure that the fix would be time-consuming, messy and expensive. We are thrilled that Victor proved us wrong on all counts! His experience and great carpentry expertise enabled him to tackle only the risers and treads that were causing problems-- without having to do a major teardown of the under-stair area. Not only is Victor very skillful and honest-- he also takes great pride in his work and enjoys creative problem solving. We are so happy that he responded to our HomeStars request!

I had two three handrails installed by this family owned business. I put off writing a negative review for many months as I don't want to harm someone's livelihood. However, I'm reminded of substandard product I was given. I have renovated my entire house, inside and out, and only hired them because I was thinking of selling the house and my schedule was already full. Their work really, really bothers me because I know I could have done a better job and this is their specialty. Here are two of the big issues. - The handrail is a rectangle in cross section, something like 2x2.5". I figured they would come and measure, manufacture, then return with the finished handrail. No. they cut it on site and glue the ends together during installation. The joint isn't smooth between the two pieces. I run my hand over the misalignment every day. AND, they didn't even bring their own glue. I had give them mine. - One of the handrails popped out of the wall while my dad was using it (photo included)
