We hired Grout Restoration Works to repair our shower floor which had pieces of grout falling out of it. We were very pleased with the quality of work they did as well as their professionalism (arrived on time, cleaned up after they finished, made sure I understand the work being done, ...) and would recommend them. They came out to give us a quote the same day we contacted them. The written quote gave a detailed description of everything that would be done. While completing the work, they made a discovery that changed the scope of the project (requiring more work). They fully explained the change they would need to make and kept the price unchanged. Dennis and his crew made our move from the city to the country flawless and pain free. Beginning with the estimate and the care Dennis took to determine our needs and concerns to the three hour drive to the destination and the perfect unload despite the challenging terrain at the new house location. The team arrived on time, with plenty of communication leading to the day of the move. They were courteous and careful with parking and ramp placement. We were impressed how careful they were with fragile and heavy items and the fact they wrapped and secured any items we had’t packed. The way they arranged and prioritized loaded items on the truck told us they were true professionals. At the destination they were careful to unload and place all items as per our instructions and they were super careful about protecting floors and walls at both houses during loading and unloading.
