This was the only firm that agreed to replace a large double-glazed pane of glass without replacing the frame. George and his crew did an amazing job of getting out the old glass without damaging the original frame. Excellent home inspection!!! We recently purchased a house with no-conditions and the seller's inspection was done in the winter, so it missed a bunch of key information about the status of the roof, attic, water drainage etc. We were so overwhelmed with a laundry list of potential projects when we first moved in, and Tom was fantastic at helping us to prioritize what to focus on and when! Tom is professional, knowledgeable, and helped us address concerns related to: asbestos, mold, waterproofing, the integrity of the foundation, ventilation, electrical etc. We would recommend the home inspection to anyone moving into a new home who is looking to get a more thorough evaluation than the seller may have provided.
