Karim was an excellent source of information from the start. He encouraged us to do the project ourselves first because he felt it was an easy fix and didnt want us to have to pay for it. He even offered to loan his tools! When he did come to fix the planks, he fixed an additional one (at no extra cost) that collapsed. He was easy to communicate with. We had all our Windows (12) and Doors (2) replaced by Galaxy Windows. We were impressed from start to finish with their professionalism, knowledge and expertise. We met with several companies, but Dmitri's presentation impressed us the most. The installation by Alex and Igor was smooth and expertly done. We had bought new locks for the doors and they were also perfectly installed for us. Old windows and doors were taken away and all debris was cleaned up. We had a few questions after the installation and Galaxy responded very quickly. We absolutely recommend Galaxy WD.

Max did an excellent job painting outside my house. My neighbour also got hers painted as well. We are pleased with his work. I would definitely hire him again for a next project.
