Amir is a personable man. His work is generally good. I would recommend that you question the type and brand of door products he uses to ensure you receive the products you expect. In my case, the product he used was not the quality I expected and it did not function well. As a result, I had to purchase another product which Amir agreed to install. It worked immediately. My mother wanted to re-upholster her Walnut dining chairs, and some other chairs. There were about 10 chairs in total. Since we had a great experience with HomeStars for other projects we reached out to a few businesses. Roy did a great job. My mother said he provide fantastic customer service. I spoke to him a few times as well and he was very professional. The cost above included an additional 4 faux leather chairs and pickup and delivery (about $300). There was a lot of work and it was completed about a week later than anticipated but that was not a problem as the work was top notch. I would recommend this company for upholstery work. My mother's stove gas line was disconnected somehow, and carbon dioxide alarm chimed away. Enbridge came and did an assessment, and told us that there was a gas leak. This was very concerning, we had have a certified gas technician come and fix the gas line to the gas stove. Hossein contacted me immediately after posting the job on Homestar, he arrived first thing in the morning to correct the situation. There were some challenges to make the connections, because the line was in the ground, and required breaking the tiles. The work took 2 hours in total, he clean up and asked if we had any further questions. Azizi and his team did a fantastic job! I had a huge tile job for my kitchen and solarium but didn’t want to remove my kitchen cabinets. He got it done in budget and in THREE days which was way ahead of schedule. He was also great when I had adjustments or issues, he made it an easy low stress process and I would absolutely hire them again. Having worked with several design teams in the past, I feel fortunate to have found them at the right time. While they may not be the cheapest option, they are absolutely worth every penny. Communication is seamless, and throughout the construction process, its incredibly valuable to receive a professional response right on the spot.
