Since I moved in I had not gotten the place painted. I spoke to Areeb and he walked me through all the steps in getting the house painted. Helped me pick a colour from the Benjamin Moore store and then made sure to update me on what was going to be finished when. Even came in during a snow storm to make sure project finished on time. The pearl painting team was punctual and delightful to have in my home. Great work!

Had Lorne from Vacworks come in for low suction issues in parts of the house, vacuum was working fine directly from the unit. After he flushed the CVAC and was getting ready to leave he mentioned the unit was overheating but would be fine in a couple of hours. When we tried a couple hours later the vacuum would turn off after a couple seconds. Over the phone he admitted that the flush ruined our motor which was working fine before he came over and he would charge us in full for labor to come back in fix it. I would not recommend them.

We were looking for a company to replace our old patio with interlock. Daniel was very fast to respond the our inquiry, listen to what we were looking for and proposed a great design. We ended up replacing the patio, sidewalks and doing natural stone porch Daniel suggested. Price discussion was quick and fair. He offered clear options that allowed us to figure out what was working for our budget. He was very clear when he could start the project and kept us up to date. Which was awesome as it allowed us to plan our live around it . The work was done fast, with minimal distraction - very professional. The final product was way better than we expected. Daniel went above and beyond to make our property look good. Highly recommend!

The two guys who did the job were very polite and friendly, and did there best to help me move around the construction area when necessary. We replaced 22 windows and the front door of our house. The entire process, from getting a quote to applying finishing touches was smooth and painless. Everyone involved was incredibly friendly and respectful, and the results are better than I had hoped for. Many of the windows required custom sizing, and the installers did an amazing job with that. We recently bought a place in Toronto and are in the process of finding a top-tier team across trades to help us improve and maintain the home. Based on our recent experience, Precise Tile absolutely makes that list. Fabian and Paul were excellent from start to finish. Fabian was responsive right away and demonstrated strong expertise early on. This was a living room tile installation—a true focal point of the home—and he helped ensure the new cabinetry and tile work would integrate cleanly. He reviewed the job in person in advance and was receptive to our request to use a specific material. Communication throughout was clear and consistent. During installation, Fabian and his colleague Paul did careful, detailed work. As always, a curveball or two came up, and they handled everything smoothly and professionally. We are thrilled with the final result. Pricing was very fair for the scope and quality of the work. We absolutely recommend Precise Tile for your next project!
