This company did our front landscaping with interlock and small area with shrubs in summer of 2015. Now its 2016, the interlock is sinking, stones are moving and grout has washed away. They keep ignoring my messages, phone calls, etc. They said they did a "drive by" to check whats wrong, without us even being home to show them the problem. don't ever take this company, terrible.

Chris was quick to respond with a very detailed quote and outline of the work and process that would be taken. The mold removal was completed quickly and thoroughly and extra work was involved to build scaffolding to accommodate 18 foot ceiling. The plumber was excellent and fixed the cause of the leak from the upstairs toilet. The team quickly returned to seal the hole in the ceiling with drywall and plaster and did an excellent job with the sanding and cosmetic painting. I am very happy and would highly recommend Chris and his Team at CPR 24 restoration.

Wonderful experience and job well done. Special thanks to Michael for heading the crew and getting the work done ahead of time. The backyard grading along the property line between my neighbour and myself happens to be quite contentious. It has been mediated by the Richmond Hill Grading Department (RHGD) who have been quite understanding and reasonable in their handling of the situation. When the request came from the RHGD on what was needed on my side, a call was put in to Greenlane Landscaping to estimate the job and provide details on when it could be done. They, in fact, were the only landscaping company that answered my call. Michael, their landscape architect, came by and scoped out the job. It was done in a professional and congenial manner. The terms were agreed fairly shortly after that (regrade of the the area and resod as needed) and the date was set. There was a wrinkle in that the job date had to be pushed forward to meet the needs of RHGD and that was accommodated by Greenlane. When the date came, Greenlane sent a professional crew supervised by Michael, and they did a highly professional job. The crew was congenial and and empathetic in their relations. The job was completed to a first rate standard. the sod and soil provided were excellent and the instructions provide to keep the sod growing were easy to follow. In fact, the sod is the best grass I have in my backyard. There have been no issues with RHGD regarding the work done so far on my side of the property line. Thank you Greenlane on a job well done.

I wrote about Arian last year because of his incredible in person home visit re my Central Vac. system. I was so impressed by him that I vowed that I would never consult anyone else for all my Central Vac needs . This time around I needed to go in person to the Thornhill location as my hose was clogged ....and there was nothing we could do to unclog it . I called Arian , and he said to bring it in and they would take a look and see what could be done . Turns out my 8 year old sucked up a rock and some gravel ..go figure . No problem for team Amati . 24 hours later and not only was my hose clog free but they even tightend the screws in the handle . Basically giving me a brand new hose for next to nothing . Amati is honest and reliable . There was no tricky sales pitches to get me to upgrade ( the hose is over 30 years old ! ) and the price was more than reasonable . I will never trust anyone but them .

I had a new glass shower installed a few years ago. The 10ft (6 inch wide) panel that connects to the door, came loose. Turned out the previous installation was done wrong. Limar came by to inspect. Showed me the problem. Required a new panel with proper hardware. Was able to re-purpose some components. Paid my deposit for the panel. They came and did a nice clean install job. Would def recommend. Great people skills and organized. Did not try to upsell me on anything like some of the others I had come price the job. Thanks
