This is my second time using Leons services. I cannot say enough how impressed I am with the end result. He cleaned a new house we moved into which had severe smoke smell from last 30 years. He came to my house to provide a detailed quote and answered all my questions. A week before my job he reached out to confirm all the details. He showed up right on time ready to work. He used protective covering under his machines to protect all our flooring. He cleaned out all the air ducts and sanitized, getting rid of smoky smells. He had proper cleaning supplies and equipment to provide a nicotine wash for walls and ceilings. He treated our carpet with appropriate treatment and cleaned it beautifully it looks brand new and all discolouration and smell was removed. He cleaned and polished all the floors throughout the rest of the house. All tile and grout, including tub walls were thoroughly deep cleaned. Lastly, he fogged the house with a deodorizer to remove any remaining smells. By the time he completed the job the house smelled and looked brand new with NO trace of smoke!!! He did everything he said he was going to do with 110% effort and his hard work really shows! I will definitely use him again in the future.

My front porch was rotting so I contacted Blair last year, he came over and we talked about options, and what the structural issues were and what could be salvaged. Blair quickly pointed out that the structure was fine and a resurfacing was all it required. We talked options, and through some back and forth my wife and I decided on TREX composite and new black railings with gate at the top of the stairs for our pups. Blair gave us a reasonable quote. We waited for this year to pull the trigger (finances). Blair and his crew came and did demo which was done cleanly and efficiently. They installed the composite and then installed the railing. The quality and craftsmanship of their work are topnotch. I would trust him for other deck/porch work and practically any other carpentry (which I may reach out to him for, least not for advice on any future projects we may tackle).

I just had a wooden coat rack made by East Edge Woodworks, and I have to say, Donnie knocked it out of the park. I wasnt quite sure what I wanted for the spacewhether a hall tree or a coat rackbut Donnie drew something up for me, and it was amazing. He used the stain I had from my baseboards and crown molding, and the result is nothing short of phenomenal! What really impressed me was Donnie's focus on what would be more aesthetically pleasing rather than just pushing for the more expensive option. Its clear he genuinely cares about the quality and look of his work. Ive worked with East Edge before, and theyve always impressed me. Donnies craftsmanship is top-notch, and his attention to detail really shines through. Michelle was also fantasticshe was super responsive to all my messages and a pleasure to work with. On top of that, the price was great for the quality of work. Theyre my go-to for any cabinetry or woodworking project, and I cant recommend them enough. We originaly hired Victors crew at Tile Pro a couple of months ago, pending the arrival of our new front entrance door. Well the door was delayed over and over. The door was finaly installed, and on last minute notice, they squeezed us before the weekend. They arrived Friday night with the membrane, and installed the tiles on Saturday morning, and the finishing touches on Sunday morning. They were percise, clean. He explained our options when needed and those were inportant to us. We highly recommend Victors crew at Tile Pro. We will be using them at our next project for our bathroom tiling job. Thank You Victor!!!, we are extremely happy.

I posted a job on here in October 2023 to have the 2 small walls in my sun room (11 feet each in length) renovated - remove the old screen walls and replace them with framed drywall walls and a door to the outside. The door was to be an inexpensive 32 door with a window. Despite Rez having measured everything he did not realize he could not install an outward swinging door because it would hit the roof of my gazebo on my deck. It was his helper that noticed this during framing and offered the suggestion of sliding patio doors. Rez asked for an additional $500 for this change. I paid him immediately - the same day. It took months for the patio doors to be delivered and he promised they would be installed while I was on holiday from Jan 23 to 30, 2024. I came home and they were not installed. 2 weeks later he came and installed them. They are not level and do not latch or lock. Ive contacted him repeatedly to return and fix them and complete the job. There is still more drywalling to do, windows and doors to be trimmed and interior walls to be painted. He says he doesnt do exterior work in the winter - but he took 90% of the cost of the job before Christmas 2023! There is also exterior siding to be done and this also remains incomplete. This has been an awful experience and extremely stressful. This project started in November 2023 and is still not done.
