Waterproofing basement or foundation- 20 May 2025
We hired Stay Dry to address a leak in our basement. Stefano came by and assessed the job, and we were impressed by how he described the process. Domenic and Stefano were responsive and pleasant to deal with. The project started on time, and went on just slightly longer than planned, but that was mainly due to the difficulty of getting to the affected part of the property. The crew were polite, and worked hard, especially Lee-Roy who had to cover for one of his co-workers who had a car accident coming to the house, and put back a whole lot of earth on his own. The site was cleaned up properly and looks good; there were no surprises with the process.

I highly recommend Advanced Flat Roof Systems. Denys, the project manager, came out promptly to assess our situation. He was very professional, clearly explaining the scope of the job and how it would proceed. He detailed the materials, gave us a timeline, and offered a very competitive estimate. I dont think Ive ever had such a fast, easy and wonderful experience with a company before! I called to get a quote, Billy arrived when he said he would, answered all of my questions and gave me great suggestions that I hadnt thought of before. Nelly was so prompt with her communication and is so pleasant to deal with which Was a refreshing change from other companies we have dealt with. I hired Antech to replace a bathroom fan and fix it's 2-speed operation. Hamid, the electrician, did a clean and tidy job of replacing the fan. He also spend a fair bit of time trying to figure out how the 2-speed operation had worked, but never did figure it out for sure. He had some ideas and promised to do some research and get back to me, but it's been nearly three weeks and I haven't heard back. (I haven't followed up on account of advice from my wife to drop the project)

The experience was great right from the quote, through installation, and follow up for our new furnace. Robert was informative during the quote, and it was apparent that he wanted to make sure we bought the right unit for our needs, no pressure. Daniel and his crew did a great job with the install, and Robert dropped by for a follow up a few days later to tweak some settings to make sure we were getting the most out of the system. Dispatch was also very prompt in replying to any emails and inquiries. Overall, a great experience.
