I was very impressed with my initial discussions with Venice the project Manager at Bild Pools and landscape. I had 2-3 discussions with other contractors that would not return calls or forget about the initial meeting. Vince was on time for our initial meeting very professional, knowledgeable and extremely well versed with current products. His team is very clean, understanding and pilot. He provided me with an excellent quote that was within our budget. The work and final product was beyond our expectations. the floor in our shower was sloped incorrectly and did not drain completely. every shower ended with using a squeegee to dry the floor. We asked several tile contractors for estimates. Alex was the one who would retile with the mosaic we wanted. Others wanted to do a complete rebuild or use only few large tiles. His estimate was also the lowest. Alex arrived on schedule and did the job. He was able to do it without removing the glass shower door. He is a neat worker and left the bathroom in good shape. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, there were still drainage issues. Alex took responsibility immediately and redid the whole floor for free. He paid us back for the new tile needed. Shower drains perfectly now! I should mention that the whole process took a few weeks, between waiting for new tile and Alex needing to fit us in between other jobs. I needed my deck built before a family wedding event and nabeel was recommended by a family friend. While I was nervous about the size of the project, nabeel put me at ease with his knowledge in the field. He helped me decide on the perfect size that would reduce material waste, and after the deck was done he helped replace my old damaged fence. Rick arrived to give me an estimate on my small jobs. He told me what he thought the causes for each were & what he would do. He figured out that the Breaker for the 3rd floor and 1st floor kitchen outlets were connected & I got power again. No charge! I booked him. He said the leak in the Kitchen ceiling was not a broken pipe but caused by the toilet nearby on the 2nd fl. He added a double wax seal & rubber to stop the leaking. Then ripped out only damaged parts of ceiling and wall and repaired it. He reassured me there was no mold. And finally he created a good looking metal Fascia over the wooden one below the roof where Wood Bee's decided to make their home & honey factory. He did make sure they were gone first. I would recommend Rick and his team to anyone. They were very kind & did not try to force me to do work I didn't want done yet. Rick & his team are very intuitive & experienced & are quick to remedy a problem. Repaired water damaged four fingered wood parquet flooring that is not easy to purchase anymore. He cleaned, sanded, rejoined with wire the 1"×6.5" wood pieces. Removed old glue, cleaned floor then reglued pieces. I am more than pleased with the work. Daniel was very easy to talk to and actually listened to our concerns and worked within our budget and deadline.
